Ethanol is produced from natural ingredients – wheat, rye, corn – and obtained as a result of fermentation process. The product can be used as an ingredient of vodkas, liqueurs and other spirits. High quality crops coming from own cultivation and continuous monitoring on every production stage ensure the highest quality of the produced ethanol.
The ethanol produced on industrial demand has a broad use in most industries. It can be used in the glue production, printing inks, plastics production, or as a solvent or fuel.tc.
Ethanol produced by the WW Group has a wide use in pharmaceutical industry, It is a component of products that cure skin disorders, neutralises pain, cures poisonings. It is also a great disinfectant. Pharmaceutical ethanol offered by AWW is produced from high quality natural ingredients and may be denaturated. A constant and carefully monitored formulation meets Pharmacopoeia rules.
Bioethanol is a anhydrous ethyl alcohol. It is produced from biomass and seems to be the future of the fuel market. The emission of the green gases at the production and combustion of bioethanol is by 91% lower than in petrol – the product is thus environment friendly. Bioethanol produced in the plant in Kalisz is produced from the raw spirit in the pressure swing adsorobtion technology.

DDG - dried distillers grain is used as feed material a component of compound feed used to feed livestock. DDG is defined as the product obtained after removal of ethyl alcohol or bioethanol, by distillation from yeast fermentation of a grain by separating the resultant coarse grain fraction of the whole stillage end drying. DDG produced in Zbiersk has as high quality as the primal material – grains cultivated in the fields that belong t the AWW Group. Therefore, the product contains large quantities of protein and minerals that constitute the nutritional value.
The main ingredient in the spirit production of our company are grains cultivated on our farms. The care for quality of crops, typical for the Wielkopolska region is a guarantee for the final quality of the products..
